Volunteer Registration Form

Join the Santa in the City team as a volunteer and take part in a truly spectacular festive event.

Being a volunteer means that you can enjoy the event without having to run, jog, or walk the distance. By joining the team, you’ll be helping bring good cheer to all the participants. We will provide you with a full brief before the event, your very own goodie bag (includes a Santa Suit), and a £10 M&S voucher.

You can expect to have a really fun time helping to register participants, handing out finisher medals, and marshalling the route — all while cheering and providing support to all the Santas taking part.

Consent form for volunteering at the Santa in the City London on either 8th, 9th, or 10th December 2026. The person volunteering must complete it.
