Our event medals are made of wood and are sourced from a UK supplier.

OUR ENVIRONMENT…
Santa in the City is working to help protect our environment. We understand that if we look at ways to reduce our impact on the environment, we can make this a more sustainable event.
✔ All of our Santa in the City medals are made of wood sourced from a UK supplier.
✔ Santa in the City uses recycled numbers, water cups, materials for flyers, posters, and packaging where possible.
✔ All of our Santa in the City numbers, packaging, flyers & posters are made from recycled materials and sourced from a UK supplier.
✔ Everyone is given the option to recycle their Santa suit via our local recycling partner.
✔ The Santa in the City Event Guide is now only available in a digital downloadable format.

Santa in the City is working to be a more inclusive event every year. We understand that if we can remove more of the barriers to entry we can only become a more diverse and inclusive event. We are committed to:
✔ Ensuring the Santa in the City route is always a step-free accessible event
✔ Santa in the City is a non-timed event suitable for runners and walkers of all abilities
✔ BSL representative at the event.
✔ All under-18’s run for free, but please remember they must be registered using the Child Registration Form and accompanied by an adult at all times.
