Arun set up Santa in the City in 2015 and is also as CEO of TFA Events.
After holding senior positions at ITV, Marie Curie & Direct Line, where he managed and designed. and participated in many events
His events focus on helping companies and charities make an impact and raise awareness through exciting, accessible events.
During his career, Arun has designed and delivered a wide range of events for organisations in the private and not-for-profit sector.
Arun runs a local basketball club and partakes in sports where his knees still allow!

Ian knowledge and experience ensure compliance, sustainability, and event growth.
His background, which blends entrepreneurship, education, and technology, brings a unique perspective to delivering impactful events. Before moving into the events industry, he founded and ran his own business, developing strong skills in leadership, strategy, and operations.
He also spent time as a Technology Teacher, where he built a passion for innovation, problem-solving, and helping others succeed. Today, he applies that diverse experience to designing and managing engaging events that combine creativity with technical precision.
Outside of work, he’s an avid mountain biker who enjoys the challenge, focus, and adventure that come with tackling new trails.

Laura brings a thoughtful and design-led approach to delivering memorable events.
With a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating engaging experiences, she specialises in bringing ideas to life through carefully crafted event concepts and seamless delivery.
Before moving into the events industry, Laura worked as a Food Technology teacher, where she developed strong organisational skills, creativity, and the ability to inspire and lead others.
That background continues to influence his approach today, blending practical planning with imaginative thinking.
Outside of work, she's a devoted dog lover who enjoys spending time outdoors with her four-legged companions.

Before moving into the events industry, he spent time as a professional mountain biker, developing resilience, discipline, and a deep understanding of the outdoor community.
Alongside his racing career, he worked as a bike mechanic, gaining strong hands-on technical skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
He later applied his organisational and leadership abilities as a Project Manager for the Forestry Commission, contributing to the development and management of outdoor and environmental projects.
Today, he combines his diverse experience with a passion for creating memorable events, bringing together strategic planning, practical problem-solving, and a genuine love for the outdoors.

Kate’s experience cuts across all areas of communications.
As a former Director of Communications, she’s as comfortable liaising with the press as she is writing blog posts and helping organisations develop a consistent tone of voice.
For the past eight years, Kate has helped a range of charities, companies, and social enterprises to develop their story and effectively engage with a whole range of audiences.
Kate frequently works alongside our team of web developers, designers, and video producers to plan and deliver creative projects for clients.

Matteo (Teo) brings a sharp, imaginative approach to managing social media and building buzz around major live events, partner involvement, and social impact.
Teo joined the Santa in the City team after studying journalism and building hands-on experience in digital content and marketing.
Helping events tell their story, reach wider audiences, and drive real engagement is at the heart of what he does.
As a former chef, he also brings adaptability, teamwork, organisation and communication skills to fast-paced environments, along with creative storytelling abilities.
Over the last few years, he’s managed the social channels for a cricket club in Yorkshire, running their strategy and keeping the community connected.
Outside of work, Teo enjoys live music, is a passionate Leeds United fan, spends every Saturday on the cricket pitch, and follows sport closely.
