U18 Registration Form

We encourage under-18-year-olds to take part in this fun event. To ensure the safety of all those under the age of 18, all Parents. Guardians or Carers must complete the form below before the start of the run. All data held will be deleted after the event.

Consent form for children entering the Santa in the City London on 8th, 9th and 10th December 2026. A parent or legal guardian must complete it.

Consent

I give permission for my child to take part in the Santa in the City. *

To the best of my knowledge, my child is fit and healthy enough to run or walk 3k or 5k, and I have told the organisers about any condition that could affect this. *

I understand that Santa in the City carries risks, including falls, injury and heat- or cold-related illness, and I accept responsibility for my child following the course rules and marshals' instructions. *

If I can't be reached in an emergency, I authorise event first aiders and medical staff to arrange urgent treatment for my child. *

I agree to photos or video of my child at the event being used for [e.g. our website, social media and results]. (Optional)
